STP-D Fixed-length traction type automatic tape wrapping machine is a wire harness automation equipment that realizes tape fixed length wrapping, which can realize complex wrapping process, initial traction, setting the length of wrapping and reliable protection. It can quickly realize the wrapping of thin wire harness or simple bifurcated wire harness, greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the wrapping, accurately control the pressing rate, set the length of the wrapping, and save tape.
 
Product features:
Fixed length traction tape wrapping machine skillfully integrates mechanical, detection and automation technology, so that the wiring harness tape wrapping process is more convenient, more efficient, more intelligent.

Fixed-length tape wrapping:
The equipment can automatically wind the tape at a set distance to maximize production efficiency. The tape winding with a length of 2 meters can be processed with an accuracy of plus or minus 20mm.

Pneumatic clamping:
Pneumatic soft material clamping will not damage the wire and will not pull the wire out of the connector.

Strong applicability:
It can be used for large-diameter wire harness tape wrapping, and has a good effect on small-diameter wire harness tape winding, reducing or eliminating the twisting phenomenon of wire harness tape in small-diameter wire harness tape winding.

Personalized process:
Through program setting, the parameters of complex processes can be set, and the length of each section, tape winding speed, and horizontal feed speed can be set to achieve the glue wrapping effect of dense winding, spaced winding, and combined winding processes.

Two-level management authority:
Set up two levels of authority for the operator and the manager to facilitate the management of program parameters.

Safe and reliable:
The protective cover is opened/closed automatically, preventing the operator or the wiring harness from being damaged by the machine.
