CB-F30/150MCS is a floor type automatic winding machine with measuring length function. The meter counting mechanism adopts the principle of pulling the rotary grating encoder. It can set the winding length and in the process of winding, the machine can sort by itself. With a built-in PLC control system and automatic wire feeding mechanism, this machine can precisely locate and wind wires of varying lengths and sizes.

Operation process:
1.Before turning on the power, manually set the wire/tube hanging point of the winding reel at 2 o'clock.
2.Pass the wire/tube through the cutter edge.
3. Set the parameters.
4. Clear the current length on the screen.
5. Press the reset button → the wire/tube is automatically fed out a section.
6. Manually pull and hang wire/tube on the winding disc.
7. Press the start button.
8. The machine starts to automatically count the meters and wind the wire/tube. When the number of meters is reached, the winding stops and the wire/tube is cut off. Then a certain length of wire/tube will be automatically fed out.
9. Manually take the wire and tie it up.
10. Press the reset button and the winding disc will automatically reset. 
The subsequent processing is repeated in this way.
